Display MUC JID in details #86

In reference to the (closed) Github issue #3750 (where I not only stole the title from ...).

Steps to reproduce

  • Create or enter a MUC
  • Go to Group chat details

Expected result

  • I can find the MUC JID, like foobar@conference.blabla.im
  • I can copy the MUC JID
  • I can copy the MUC join URL, like xmpp:foobar@conference.blabla.im?join

Actual result

  • Hosted at conference.blabla.im (only)

Why do I need that?

I like to have all options to spread MUCs and to enable people to share join links (in a transparent way) ... Conversations also currently supports join links and it's easy to join other MUCs.

One can't join a "private group", one can only be invited. Client bugs aside (eg. Not joined in other client from same account) there's no reason to "share" a private group jid.
