Describe the bug
After updating to Android 17 the app cannot connect to my local forgejo instance on 192.168.x.x
To Reproduce
Upgrade to Android 17
Expected behavior
Should work
Logs
Failed to connecto to 192.168.x.x
Additional Context
I guess it has to do with this permission, which is required when accessing local network.
Also codeberg still works in the app.

- Gitea/Forgejo: 15.0.3
