Describe the suggestion
A user or server specific setting for default filters would improve user's workflows.
Various lists have predefined filter settings, e.g. the list of pull requests shows open and PRs self-assigned items. Same for issues.
Depending on how teams are working, other defaults would be nice, e.g. on codeberg, I would like to see issues created by me directly, but on our company's gitea i would prefer to see PRs which request my review.
I suggest to introduce an app local option to set defaults per server instance, at least for issues and PRs, but could also be relevant for repos.
