I'd love to add the meeting notes for the Dutch government call (see forgejo/discussions#412) to the repo, but am unsure what folder to put them in and what to name them as.
I'd instinctively have followed the top-level structure and just put 2025年11月11日-dutch-government-call as folder and Meeting notes.{typ,pdf} inside, but then there's also the 2025 folder which is partly populated.
Should they be merged? Is the general intent to move to folders by year or to keep everything toplevel? Has this been discussed?
