Per the discussion in forgejo/forgejo#230 we should consider the creation of a FreeBSD team to provide advice if needed. This is mostly just a list of members who can help if someone gets stuck with the FreeBSD part of the build.

It will be great to have knowledgeable people about FreeBSD that Forgejo contributors can consult with if we have issues with FreeBSD builds or we are trying to optimize the code on other platforms.

This is the perfect combination: a CI to verify the build does not break and expertise in case it does, both on the Forgejo side and the FreeBSD side.
