Followup to February 2024 renewal notifications: #229.

There are 5 team members who were added to the team in March 2024 and haven't re-applied yet. The agreements documenation says that these applications are lasting one year. It doesn't mean everyone who doesn't re-apply will be kicked shortly after, but they need to be renewed or dropped.

- marks entries where a renewal was created
i️ - marks entries where resignation was indicated
⏹️ - marks otherwise removed entries

(削除) @Xinayder (Brazilian Portuguese): you weren't active for five months, but I still remember seeing a lot of translations from you. Thank you for all of them! Please clarify whether you still intend to be on the team. Even if not, I will look forward to see you apply again whenever you will feel like working on translations again. (削除ここまで)

Renewal exists: #243. Sorry, I forgot seeing it and haven't noticed while researching.

@Fjuro (Czech): you're still very active and I appreciate the effort you put into translating FLOSS software. I expect you will renew your application, but let me know if I'm wrong. Being on the team doesn't obligate you to do the translations.

⏹️ @nmmr (German): I see a few changes from you from a while ago but only that. Please clarify your intention on being in the team. BTW, don't worry about German translation maintenance: it sees significantly more contributors than any other language in Forgejo.

@Wuzzy (German): thank you for all the effort translating FLOSS software! Based on your activity I expect that you will renew your application but let me know otherwise. Being on the team doesn't obligate you to do the translations. German has a lot of translators but it's important that each language has at least a few active reviewers.

@Zughy (Italian): IIRC you've commented that you have limited time availability. This is not an issue, what's important to us is that you intend to continue working on Forgejo translations when you want and can. Please renew your application if so.

There's currently no active team member in Spanish.

@fito @Miguel_PL thank you for contributing to Forgejo translations! If you would like to maintain the Spanish translation (be on the teams list, modify approved strings) please consider applying to the team.

Yes, I re-apply. German translation is at a very healthy state at the moment, so the maintenance load is low, but I will fix errors when I see them and occassionally check for updates.

Will do, thanks for the heads-up!

Hello. I am aware I have made no contributions to Forgejo since I joined the translation team.

I have not been able to contribute to any FLOSS projects since last year, due to personal problems . I am currently feeling better and my intention was to get back to translations soon.

If it is ok with you, I would like to stay in the translation team for Spanish. If either @fito or @Miguel_PL join the team, I would prefer for them to be the 'main' coordinators. I see @Miguel_PL did apply.
If I fail to contribute during the next month, I will resign.

Thanks for your time.

@maletil thank you for the feedback and all the best to you. Please don't pressure yourself to contribute here. If there are other people reviewing strings, you can also help without any obligations and based on your availability by adding suggestions, for example.
