Add preview scripts for local testing #6

When editing the website, previewing it for local testing is trivial, since you've already cloned the website and have all the sources. We should have a script that can fetch the website's sources, insert your changes into it, and spin up a testing server for you to ensure local testing is just as smooth when editing this repo.
