A list of pull requests merged in Forgejo and proposed to Gitea but delcined or blocked for some reason. They are likely to stay in Forgejo durably.

All pull requests that contain a copyrighted work are de facto excluded because Gitea requires copyright assignment in addition to MIT license and they cannot be contributed. See "notifies admins on new user registration" or "rework long-term authentication" which were proposed and blocked, before the policy was made explicit.

The copyright mentioned next to a PR means that it contains copyrighted material that would require a copyright assignment to Gitea and cannot be contributed because of that.
