This issue is not really an issue as much as a tracker for checking that our OpenCollective account and bank account balance are in-sync with each other. Due to the fact that we must manually track each and every expense, our bank account balance and OpenCollective balance frequently go out-of-sync with each other. To correct this issue requires diligently checking both regularly. It is therefore useful to have "checkpoints" where at a recorded date and time, we have confirmed that both accounts matched, so that we don't have to search through our entire checking history to see where things got out-of-sync.
