Create an organizational Mastodon account #47

Since a lot of open-source communities/contributors live on Mastodon, it could be a good idea to create an account there. For this we should use the @elaraproject handle we usually use (i.e. our address would be https://mastodon.world/@elaraproject). See this guide for some best practices for organizations on Mastodon.

In addition: the Mastodon account should be on mastodon.world. One of the things about Mastodon is that there's a billion different servers, and accounts on one server are not likewise accounts on other servers. Therefore, we will need to stick to one server, or otherwise the logistics of syncing multiple Mastodon accounts across several different servers will become insane.
