Manual proofreading of Handbook prior to publication #42

As we are preparing to print our Handbook soon (see elaraproject/elara-handbook#25) the Handbook will need to be proofread to check its content accuracy and make sure it is free of any spelling/grammar errors. Anyone willing to take this role and responsibility should read through it, and add new issues to the Elara Handbook issues page.

UPDATE: this issue is on hold for now since we're planning to slow down on work for the Handbook to avoid an overly-rushed schedule between now and the end of the Spring 2026 season.
