I tried first to deinstall 4.5 on an ARM cpu, somehow the deinstallation froze my VM and it rebooted. After reboot it wasn't fully removed, so I had to run the deinstaller a second time and it threw an error.

We need to further investigate if this is a true issue

Tested it on Windows 11 ARM64 21H2 using EXE installer and MSI packages. The problem does not appear.

Getting some other Windows ARM64 devices ready to test soon, so keeping this open.

Tested on Windows 10 ARM64 22H2 using EXE installer. The problem does not appear: it installs and uninstalls fine. However, did not run the client, as with 9183a15999 we don't support Windows 10 on ARM64 anymore. So, not relevant.
