Publish the current stable release on Codeberg #275

Hi!

This is probably a odd request, but we use a tool (Evergreen) to monitor the repository for new stable releases. But since the move from Github till Codeberg, the tool is not able to find a stable release (since it isn't published on Codeberg). Is it possible to publish it here in the repo?
