Using "SURF" as the product vendor/supplier is being phased out. The winget repository is still using it.

Microsoft response on changing ID was negative. The change was not approved into the master.

We may now take an alternative approach: start publishing the client using the new ID. The winget should see this as an update by recognizing MSI update GUIDs. Let's try Let's Connect! first and see if Microsoft approves this.

The SURF.eduVPNClient and SURF.LetsConnectClient WinGet packages were discontinued in favor of eduVPN.Client and LetsConnect.Client.
