no longer use default_gateway field in /info API response for WireGuard #680

Currently the app uses the default_gateway flag to modify the NetworkManager configuration in case all traffic needs to go over the VPN. This is apparently not really necessary, so it should go.

It was only intended for OpenVPN on Linux, never for WireGuard, nor for any other platform.
