split deploy scripts in controller/node part #8

We only have a controller/node deploy script for Debian/Ubuntu. It would be nice to have them for EL/Fedora as well.

If we split all scripts in a controller / node part and have the default deploy simply execute both of them, we don't have to maintain copies of essentially the same scripts, i.e. reduce duplication.
