Servers dissapearing when not approving a connection #54

app version: 3.5.2

So when you connect to e.g. vpn.tuxed.net and you click the renew session button, you login etc until you get to the 'approve' page. If you then go back to eduVPN without approving and go back once again to your server list page, vpn.tuxed.net(or the server you connected to) will have dissapeared. restarting eduVPN does bring the server back again, however if after not approving you connect to another server, the server(vpn.tuxed.net) will be fully gone and even restarting the app won't bring it back and you will have to fully add back the app as if you never added it in the first place or removed it manually.

I have tested this with vpn.spoor.nu and vpn.tuxed.net and they both behave in the same way. On vpn.tuxed.net I have tested this with both OpenVPN IPv4 and WireGuard IPv4 profiles and they make no difference.

I think this is eduVPN/eduvpn-common#107

I think this is https://codeberg.org/eduVPN/eduvpn-common/issues/107

I don't think it's the same as eduVPN/eduvpn-common#107, because that includes adding a server once and then cancelling the second add attempt, whereas this issue uses the 'renew session' button.
Also, when I trigger the other issue it will still display the server in the menu(on android) while this issue fully removes it.
