And how to interpret this position:

i disagree, c5xe3 only possible move.

and above reporduce command can't work, since there is no tower on f2 ?!
says some like: BitBoard::move(6, 12, 0): empty from bit

can you please try again to get a correct position from the "broken" boardimage situation? :/
may there ws a wrong possibleMoves before that position ? (not likely ?)
