some cli applications display wrong bg color #974

applications like lynx and cmatrix display the wrong background color than what is set as background=, instead the background color is whatever regular0= is. i have no other config than the colors, shell, and font. its really jarring

unsure if this clarifies but i think you can see the borders are discolored on asciinema when opening these applications
