Description of Bug and Steps to Reproduce

turn on bold-text-in-bright=yes.

This will now be active in the regular terminal but it is also affecting the bold characters in neovim.

This, i would guess, is not intended because every other terminal with a bold highlight options only highlights in the regular terminal not neovim.

The terminal doesn't track which application is currently running, and special casing its behavior based on that. If other terminal's look different inside neovim, it's much more likely that neovim is behaving differently in them, compared to foot (for example, by not using bold?)
