Foot Version

foot version: 1.17.2 +pgo +ime +graphemes -assertions

TERM environment variable

foot

Compositor Version

labwc 0.7.2-57-g3dd4bc7c

Description of Bug and Steps to Reproduce

When I launch neovim, many of the times I get a brief flash of neovim's content in the upper left corner as if it were a small window and then it resizes to its correct size. This happens when in fullscreen, maximized or windowed mode.

These are my settings on foot.ini:

initial-window-size-pixels=1920x1080
initial-window-size-chars=272x56
initial-window-mode=windowed
pad=8x8 center
resize-delay-ms=0

Please see the attached screenshots! This doesn't happen at all on kitty but I've seen it happen on alacritty too.

Relevant logs, stacktraces, etc.

I figured this is neovim's fault, I added the lines and columns to its settings and it works correctly now... Sorry for creating an issue.
