*.com.bd & *.com.mm #2

Hey Tavi,

It looks like the hosts-domains-wildcards variant of your combined blocklist currently includes the entries *.com.bd & *.com.mm. This means that the list is now effectively blocking a majority of all commercial domains from Bangladesh & from Myanmar.

Assuming this was a mistake... just wanted to give you a heads up.

Hey Tavi, It looks like the `hosts-domains-wildcards` variant of your combined blocklist currently includes the entries `*.com.bd` & `*.com.mm`. This means that the list is now effectively blocking a majority of all commercial domains [from Bangladesh](https://wikipedia.org/wiki/.bd) & [from Myanmar](https://www.101domain.com/com_mm.htm). Assuming this was a mistake... just wanted to give you a heads up.

Thank you for the report, I'll be sure these are excluded next update.
