The generation of the badges of F-Droid from the translations is automated: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/artwork/-/tree/master/badge/src maybe something similar could be done.

These are also used by Fastlane.

The issue is building this; like you'd need like something like a 'GitHub Action' that somehow know how to interpret .xcf files and export them to .png.

Mmm... I think a script that is manually run every time some translation is changed will suffice.

I think actions are overkill for this.
