This accounts for all the out-of-date documentation on previous minor versions and includes the version check in their respective examples. These will be merged after I review them completely. I have also forgotten to update some of the documentation in crpath.c on the 1.2 branch, so this will be the last staging branch I'll need before I merge everything and consider this issue closed.

The documentation on all three supported minor versions has been brought up-to-date and made consistent, and the version test crpathvcompat() has been added to every minor version to make it useful.
