i don't see any reason not to do this, but i don't see much upside either until we have more tests in general (and in ci). right now we only have 2.6% function coverage, all of which is for the silverfish-config crate.

Relatedly, I personally think nextest has the nicer CLI output, which might be especially desirable in the noisy CI logs
