the Add Place Info link linked to the community page instead of the guide to edit OSM as it does elsewhere on the website. So I updated the url to bring it into alignment.

Separately, I don't think the Contribute Code button should link to the community page. I think it should link directly to the codeberg project, but I wanted to get confirmation before making that change. I can do that in a separate PR.
