Add S15 in Berlin, Germany #98

This new line S15 is open since june 2026 and should be added to routing in comaps. Right now routing between Hauptbahnhof and Gesundbrunnen goes via Friedrichstraße. See screenshot with recent comaps data: grafik

Thanks for taking the time to report! The S15 is already automatically picked up by the validator as can be seen on the map view: https://mapgen-fi-1.comaps.app/subway/validator/render.html#berlin_s-bahn

It is still missing from the app because an older run of the validator has been used in the most recent map updates because it had more working cities. It should appear in the app when a more recent run is used in map generation.
