Invalid location in boundary (multi)polygon: (-37.460688, 144.644623).
PBF error: blob contains no data or unknown compression method
Collecting osmium (from -r /root/subways/scripts/requirements.txt (line 1))

Looks like it actually didn't extract any data from pbf, but still "processed" subways and wrote a bogus resulting file.

It should have failed early instead.
