I'm trying to add Codeberg to my self-hosted Woodpecker CI server, but whenever I log in, I get the following error message:

woodpecker-server[564544]: {"level":"error","error":"oauth2: cannot fetch token: 403 Forbidden\nResponse: Your IP address has been blocked by us. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us and include your address.","time":"2025年10月02日T01:22:46-06:00","message":"cannot authenticate user"}

I'm logging in from my account (gucci-on-fleek), with the OAuth Client ID 035db7ae-de8d-43b3-8045-5ca42c24fb0a for the server hosted at https://woodpecker.maxchernoff.ca. The server's IP addresses are 152.53.36.213 and 2a0a:4cc0:2000:172::1.

I'm 95% sure that I've done nothing that should get me blocked (I don't think that I've interacted with Codeberg at all from that server prior to this, and I'm not doing any web scraping at all), so I'm guessing that I just have bad neighbours on my netblock. But if I have inadvertently exceeded your rate limits somehow, please let me know and I'll try and fix it.

I have removed the block of the IP address. We have blocked a larger range due to excessive crawling a while ago.

Everything works perfectly now, thanks!
