Because of #81 I think it's best when Lightbeam continues the export even if it cannot get the request dates for some reason. But it should show an error that explains the consequences. Maybe it would be good to have an extended explanation on the website and link it in the message.

Sadly, I messed up the commit message of 183c2112ec but that is the commit leads to the wanted behavior. The following commits 5b154828b1 and 1541c34c21 add details and allow to report the error when the request dates couldn't be added.

The following commits 5b154828b1e4c4407376021882e97f73a900832d and 1541c34c21e4941ee88fdeea9e9f07f0075ba3a4 add details and allow to report the error when the request dates couldn't be added.
