• Update version numbers in

  • Cargo.toml, */Cargo.toml
• Run cbindgen to regenerate chewing.h
• Update Cargo.lock
• Prepare pre-release/release tarball

  cmake --preset rust
  cmake --build build -t package_source
  

  • Verify the content of the tarball
• Git tag and sign tag
• cargo publish
• Tag new release on GitHub
• Update website
• Send announcement

Hi, https://codeberg.org/chewing/libchewing/releases/download/v0.12.0/libchewing-0.12.0.tar.zst.minisig is mentioned on https://chewing.im/ but it's 404. Is something missing or minisign is no longer used? If the latter is the case, maybe descriptions about https://codeberg.org/chewing/libchewing/src/branch/master/README.md should be updated.

Ah, yes. I forgot to remove the reference from the announcement. I'm phasing out minisign since I've got good pgp tooling.

Thanks for clarification. I will switch to pgp for Arch Linux packages.
