Describe the bug

輸入注音「ㄈㄥ」會立即輸出「風靡」。懷疑與這行改動有關。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 使用搭配 libchewing v0.10.1 的 Guileless Bopomofo v3.5.4
2. 輸入注音「ㄈㄥ」
3. 緩衝區會立即輸出「風靡」
4. 嘗試使用 Backspace 刪除「靡」
5. 緩衝區會將「風靡」兩字刪除

Expected behavior

輸入注音「ㄈㄥ」預期不會出現「風靡」而是與注音「ㄈㄥ」相符的最優先漢字字元。

@hiroshiyui btw, 0.10.x has its own stable branch which keeps the dict data in tree.
