Description

Jo H. on 6 June 2026 in a review of Censor 0.7.1:

When not used on Gnome, the button icons are not displayed however, replaced by some ugly placeholders. This should be fixable quite easily (as the package could ship with these icons).

I tried both with the AUR package on Arch Linux with Sway and with the Flatpak package and could not reproduce it. GTK4 comes with the Adwaita icons already as dependency.

The user who reported the above issue seems to use Fedora Linux, maybe there it is an issue?

Edit: Also on Fedora Linux the GTK4 package has these dependencies included.

Edit: Very likely this is not an issue only with this application, it could be a theming issue or other missing dependency? Closing as long as there seems no reproducer for that, currently.
