Please explain the issue you are experiencing.
While configuring a Fedora system with flatpaks I noticed Firefox settings reset to default (no Phoenix) when the Firefox flatpak is updated. Restoring Phoenix settings requires reinstalling the package with dnf reinstall phoenix-flatpak. No data or settings seam to be lost after package is reinstalled. If user launches without reinstalling it will be same profile but with all the bad defaults.
I can confirm behavior has persisted across last 3 Firefox updates. The exact same thing also happens with dove-flatpak
Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
Should be reproducible by simply updating Firefox after phoenix-flatpak was already set up.
