improve url handling for enclave_source url and app_source url #62

the parsing logic should be smart enough to work with:

  • git style urls
  • http urls
  • archives (tar.gz)

depending on the type of link, it should be parsed, and the commit extracted to be added to the manifest.

the cli already has some of this logic but it needs to be more comprehensive. perhaps this is a shared module across api and cli
