Oops, All Gateway! Remove the frontend as a distinct component. #308

Frontend being its own component lead to a rather large headache when deploying the systemdize branch. I am proposing we scrap the frontend being its own separate component and instead have it always be served static by gateway. We don't make use of hot reloading. Discussed with Anton and didn't have much issue. This mostly means changing the dev server's Caddyfile to point to gateway instead, and moving the frontend Containerfile build setup to be directly in the gateway Containerfile. Once that's done, systemdize could be merged?
