Unable to use Domain and CPU/Memory Feature #193

Even though the Procfile is set correctly with the demo-hello-world app it is not possible neither the Domain nor other CPU/Memory Limits apply.

I was unable to deploy a larger memory and not a domain. I noted both in the Procfile, deleted the old deployment and redeployed.
The Domain did not show in the Dashboard, the Memory stayed at 512MB
8.1 The domain must be configured before deployment for TLS to work correctly -> This is a circular dep. I do not know the IP before deployment.
But if it is already deployed it does not issue TLS. The domain was reachable and assigned.

8.1 The domain can be pointed to the IP after the enclave is deployed, can you explain what went wrong? If you point a domain to the enclave and then use the IP that triggers Caddy which auto issues TLS certs.

I set the Domain in the Procfile and deployed it. This worked correctly.
In the Dashboard the Domain was "Not set". I pointed it to the correct IP. with http I got a connection. https is a cert error.
I retried that and also waited some time in between and after access.

Domain was caution-test.lugges.eu and is still connected to the IP on AWS if you want to check logs.

Oh strange, ok we need to try to reproduce that error.

I did change the Procfile but did not commit it and always re-pushed the same commits.

Both memory and Domain + TLS work! lgtm!
