insufficient documentation on how to debug #124

If I have an enclave that I can't seem to connect to, I have no way to figure out how to debug it. There's no examples of what debug in the Procfile means, there's no examples of how to specify OpenSSH keys in the Procfile - just a note that you could, though the format is not obvious. Having a guide of "how to connect to your enclave and maybe even see the output of what's running in your enclave" would be really useful for debugging.
