mkdocs-compatible Markdown #1

From the conception of the project, the intention was to create mkdocs-compatible Markdown - i.e. supplying things in frontmatter.

This has become less important to me, especially because I don't really have a good reason to have frontmatter otherwise.

Considering that mkdocs 1.0 is basically deprecated and the community is fracturing into multiple projects (Zensical, ProperDocs, just to name a few), and that mkdocs 2.0 is essentially an entirely new project that's reusing the same name, I do not know exactly how to proceed with this.

Most likely I will go with whatever the community chooses as a good open source continuation; I'm less inclined to choose Zensical because it seems 95% likely that it will go off in its own direction and become more commercial and less community friendly.

At the very least I'm deprioritizing this, but I may scratch it entirely.
