Hi! I was gonna try the advertised better support for gamepads and realized that, while for a single player, the gamepad is actually better, for split screen, the first gamepad also controls movement of second player - apart from jumping and spinning (camera works much better than in the other srb2 game).

I can't reproduce this. Make sure your gamepad axis settings are correct for both players.

ok, first, thanks for the super quick response! before the test, I deleted the entire ~/.var/app/io.github.srb2.rphys and my results are as described: Tails is able to jump and spin, but movement comes only from the hedgedog's gamepad.
