Please confirm that:

  • I have searched the issues and didn't find the feature I am looking for

Feature description

This might be a bit outside scope, but it would be amazing if there was a way to automatically enable/disable the VPN connection based on the connected WiFi network. Moreover, is there a way something like Tasker could use an intent or deep link to enable/disable it conditionally?

Hey please see this wiki page which has the package and intent details for Tasker: https://codeberg.org/bg443/JetBird/wiki/Broadcast-receiver

I may look to implement this in JetBird itself but I do not have an estimate of when this would be.

I somehow overlooked the wiki when searching for options to automate things, thank you!

I think an official implementation would be a nice quality of life feature, but there's no rush on getting it implemented right now.
