Problem

There seems to be no way to change playback quality/aspect ratio or see playback info.

Related to #15

Solution

Add a menu similar to the official Jellyfin app or any other media player that allows changing these options

Made this issue just about transcoded playback to give it a single focus, feel free to open separate issues for other player settings though!
