This feature is inspired by Transpkg Reuse #1 but is more specialized on tar files.

It may allow reusing all content inside tar files especially those that are "removed" (just excluded from extraction).

This feature may be marked Not Planed, but may have its benefits.

We wont implement this, however can leave this issue inside the issue tracker.
