ci: add woodpecker deployment pipeline #1

Add a woodpecker-ci pipeline (using codeberg-ci) to replace the current deploy.sh script. The pipeline should build the site and commit it to the pages branch of this repo.

For inspiration see the official woodpecker awesome example of Docusaurus & publishing to Github Pages.
