Currently, Windows handles it just fine. However, Linux doesn't, which is an issue because Windows isn't officially supported as of right now.

As of f48fb2f8c8, fb no longer tries to open a file under Unix-like systems.

Proposed solution: under Linux etc., close fb and then open the file.
