We allow array construction so let's ensure we can inspect them, e.g.
dim
nrow/ncol
NROW
lengths
etc ...

This does open up the can of worms that means we need $, [ and [[ do really make use of length, dim, nrow etc etc in different configurations ...

Perhaps adding length in the first place was a mistake???
