Standard racing game checks #12

Add some additional tiles that are a lot more traditional. These should be able to be added together with the challenge tiles in order to make a game with a ton of checks, or in place of them for players who don't care for doing challenges.

• Every cup:
  • 3 trophies
  • Grade, settable up to S
• Every race map:
  • Qualify
  • 1st
  • Grade, settable up to A
• Every battle map:
  • Win bonus round
  • Grade, settable up to A
