A Grand Prix cup clear got scrubbed and treated as if a key was used on that check. #104

I ran into an issue with my currently running multi-world that includes this game. I cleared Flash Cup and its condition of finishing in 1st for the cup overall, and stopped playing for a bit. When I fired up the game to play again, the progress was scrubbed from the Grand Prix listing, and its Challenge tile shows grayed-out text which normally means I had to use a key there (see attached video, that tile is wholly surrounded by ? tiles which means only an authentic clear is possible).

I can provide more data regarding my Multiworld if that'll help stomp this bug if need be. Thanks for reading.
