Follow up issue for the GrapheneOS Accrescent discussion from #3.

All apps in Accrescent are submitted and updated by their developers.

The whole process should roughly include:

1. Building the app with bundletool; either as a Gradle plugin or using the CLI.
2. Create an account on the Accrescent developer console and submit the app along with a 512x512 PNG
3. Finalize the submission process through an autofilled form regarding some basic app info
