"Sunup is disconnected" show only be shown if it has been a while since the connection was lost #60

This message is pretty useful, but also quite spammy to me at least, being sent everytime my network changes. Instead of sending it all the time, I feel like waiting a bit before confirming Sunup is disconnected may make sense.
